Hello butterflies..
I hope you are all very well...
Morning time
Alarm 6:30 AM par baja, A lady said this while turning off the alarm
“Get up, baby ,” she called softly. “The alarm has been ringing for a while. Aren’t you going to school? It’s your first day.”
She gets up quickly and sits in bed & says while looking at the time mumma:-
“Mumma , why didn’t you wake me up earlier?”
Her mother said, “Now go get ready quickly, otherwise you’ll get late.”
(A/N – This girl is Virika. She is a class 11 student. It was her first day at the new school because her father got transferred to a new city. She was nervous about the new school and was almost late on the first day.)
(A/n - Shi smjhe aap ye ldki koi aur nhi virika wo class 11 ki student h . school ka First day tha kyunki uske papa ka transfer hone ki wajah se woh new city mein aayi thi. New school hone ki wajah se woh bahut nervous thi ki school kaisa hoga & Pehle hi din late hone wali thi.)
Virika hurriedly got ready and came downstairs. She ate her breakfast as quickly as she could and rushed out for school.
She reached the school at 7:30 AM. Most of the students had already arrived. She looked around anxiously and began searching for her classroom.
Just as she was about to step inside, she bumped into someone.
Virika frowned, rubbing her forehead “Ouch ! Tum dekh kar nhi chal sakte kya?”
(Ouch! Can’t you watch where you’re going?)
“Bhagwan ne tumhe aankhein nhi nhi di h ?”
( Didn’t God give you eyes?)
He raised an eyebrow, completely unfazed “Tum bhi dekh kar chal skti ho.”
( You could watch where you’re going too)
“Bhagwan ne tumhe nhi aankhein di hai.”
(God gave you eyes as well.)
Virika was irritated “ Tum..Tum.. hato bich se”
(You… you… just move! )
He said “ Maine v tumhra rasta nhi roka hai..jao..
(I’m not blocking your way… go.)
He walked past her, muttering disgusted
“Where do these people even come from…”
On her way to class, Virika keeps murmuring to herself : “Phle hi ye sb ho gya..aage kya hoga, hey bholenath aage Sambhal lena.”
( All this happened on the first day… What's going to happen next? Oh Lord Shiva, please handle whatever comes ahead.)
As she entered the classroom, her eyes landed on him. She whispered to herself,
“He’s… in this class too?”
He smirked and muttered under his breath,
“So she was showing an attitude to me earlier. Now watch what I do.”
(A/N – I’m sure you’ve figured it out… that boy is Naksh.)
Virika murmuring, annoyed “Why is he in this class… and why is he staring like that? As if he’ll eat me alive.”
She hurried to her seat and sat down. The girl next to her was Disha Sharma.
Bhanvi playful, teasing “Yep, he’s in this class. And honestly… staying away from him is safer.”
Virika confused “Why? What’s so wrong with him?”
Bhanvi smirking, amused “He’s the flirtiest and smartest boy here. Girls go crazy for him. And he makes them fall for him way too easily.”
Virika unbothered “He’s not that special. I don’t get why girls run behind him. And anyway, I’m here to study.”
On the other side…
His friend Saksham nudged Naksh.
Saksham exclaimed “Naksh, did you see? A new student joined your class.”
Naksh curious, raising an eyebrow “Who?”
Saksham pointed out, “ Wo dekho Bhanvi ke bagal me mai baithi h.”
(Look… the one sitting next to Bhanvi.)
Naksh remembering “ Ye..isi se toh thori der phle takra gya tha bhut attitude dikha rhi thi.”
( Oh… her? I bumped into her a little while ago. She had quite an attitude.)
Saksham grinning, teasing “Aate aate takra v gai.. not bad Naksh. Tujhe attitude dikha di tere takar ki lagti, Aaise mst ldki hai..”
(On the way, she even bumped into you—not bad, Naksh. She showed you some attitude; she seems like she’s on your level. Such an amazing girl.)
Naksh chuckling, confident “ First day abhi use kha pta hoga dhire dhire pta chl jyega. Enioy kr lene de aaj ka day.Mujhe attitude dikhye aaisa koi bna hi nhi..”
(It’s her first day… she probably has no clue yet. She’ll figure things out slowly. Let her enjoy the day. And honestly, no one shows an attitude to me like that.)
Just then, the teacher walked into the class.
All students- “good morning sir..”
Sir - “ Good morning All students.”
He calls Virika and tells her to give her introduction to everyone. She comes forward, gives her introduction, and then goes back to her seat and sits down.
Saksham: “Oh, her name is Virika? Nice name.
Sir “All the new students, make sure your work is completed with the help of the seniors. I’ll check all the work in two days.”
Sir takes the class & leaves.
Virika leaned toward Bhanvi “Will you give me your copies?”
Bhanvi shook her head “Naksh decided in this class. Whoever he says gets the copies, gets them.”
Virika frowned “What? Which rule is this?”
Bhanvi sighed “He’s the class monitor. You should ask him yourself. I’ll give them after that.”
“No way… you ask for me,” Virika said.
“Only the person who wants it can ask,” Bhanvi replied.
Virika pleaded, “Please… you ask.”
Bhanvi walked to Naksh. “Naksh, should I give Virika the copies?”
Naksh looked at her. “You don’t know the rules. Whoever wants it has to ask themselves.”
Virika had no choice. She walked to him.
“Can I take the copies from Bhanvi?” she asked.
Virika looked around. “Who are you talking to?”
“I’m talking to you,” she said.
“Say it politely,” he teased.
“Please… can I take the copies?” she said, annoyed.
“Hmm… I didn’t hear it properly. One word is missing,” he said, smirking.
“How do you know a word is missing if you didn’t hear it?” she snapped.
“Say it again properly. I need to hear it,” he said, still teasing.
Virika clenched her fists, frustrated.
She controlled her anger “P-please, sir… can I copy?”
Naksh “There you go. Take it. Just make sure to be careful next time.”
Virika thought to herself “Oh, so now he’s all bossy… I’ll be careful next time.”
Naksh “What did you just say?”
Virika “N-nothing…” thinking “How did he hear what I was thinking?”
She goes back and sits in her seat.
After back-to-back classes, the bell rings and everyone starts leaving for home. Virika and Naksh share the same school bus. Naksh reaches the bus first and takes his seat.
When Virika comes, she can’t find any empty seat… except one right next to Naksh. Reluctantly, she sits beside him.
Naksh , looking out of the window, senses someone next to him. He turns and sees… Virika sitting there.
Naksh frowning, eyes narrowing “You.”
Virika calmly said “Yes… me.”
Naksh, slightly annoyed, gestured to other seats “ Tum yaha kya kr rhi kisi aur seat pr ja ke baitho.”
( What are you doing here? Go sit somewhere else.)
Virika softly said “ Mai yahi baithu gi tmko khi aur ja ke baithna h baith skte ho ja.”
(I’m sitting here. If you want, you can go find another seat.”)
Naksh, a little surprised, tried to assert himself “Mai phle yha aa ke baitha tha so tum hto.
(I came first, so you should move.)
Virika softly said “Look… there’s no other seat. Just let me sit.”
Naksh grumbles, standing up and looking around, then realizing no seat is free; sighs and sits back down quietly “Fine… I guess I’ll stay.”
Virika holding back a small smile, trying not to tease him
“What happened? Go ahead, sit.”
Naksh looked out the window, muttering but slightly amused
“Alright, I’m letting you sit today… but tomorrow, find some other seat.”
Virika taking a deep breath, controlling herself, nods calmly “Okay.”
Both reach home
Virika tired, “Mumma, I’m back.”
Meera was curious “How was your first day at school?”
Virika was frustrated “It was good… but everyone here is a bit strange. They’ve made so many useless rules.”
Meera reassures “It’s all new, so it’ll take time to adjust. Go change and come, we’ll have lunch, and you can tell me everything.”
Virika “Okay, mumma. I’ll be quick.”
She finishes her lunch and then completes her work. The whole day passes like this.
Next day
Naksh doesn’t come by bus because he’s late.
Virika thinks as she enters the classroom “Good… I didn’t have to see that idiot’s face on the bus this morning. The whole day would’ve been ruined. Looks like he didn’t even come to school… At least today will go well.”
She enters the classroom, feeling as if Naksh somehow heard her thoughts.
Naksh teases, smiling “ Tumne yaad kiya lo mai aa gya.”
(You remembered, huh? See, I came.)
Virika surprised “ You…”
Naksh “ Ha me ..tumne yd kiya n”
(Yes, me. You remembered, didn’t you?)
Virika flustered, stammering “mai.. mai tumhe kyu yd krugi mai to yeh..chhoro kuch nhi mai.”
(I… why would I remember you? I mean… never mind, it’s nothing.)
Naksh grinning “Main toh kya, acha hua aaj nahi aaya, yahi soch rahi thi.”
(Me? I’m just glad he didn’t come today, that’s what I was thinking.)
Virika fursted “Tum meri baatein sun rahe the? Piche‑piche hi the na?”
( You were listening to me, right? You were following me, weren’t you?)
Naksh laughed lightly. “Well, if someone speaks so loudly in their mind, of course I’d hear it.”
Virika exasperated, muttering“Oh, Bholenath… you’ve trapped me again.”
Naksh chuckled, going to his seat“Why are you disturbing Bholenath?”
Virika grumbling, softly “He heard me again…”
She goes back and sits in her seat. Soon after, the sir enters the class.
All students “Good morning, sir!”
Sir “Good morning, students. From today, the seating arrangement will be one boy and one girl.”
All students “Okay, sir.”
Bhanvi whispered “Virika, hope your seat doesn’t end up next to Naksh.”
Virika confidently said “That won’t happen.”
Bhanvi teases “Maybe sir will make both of them sit together.”
Virika firm, rolling her eyes “Don’t say anything. I’m not sitting with him… but Bholenath, save me!”
Bhanvi “ Okay , Let’s see.”
